10K

ECA is the executive architect for 10K, working with Morris Adjmi Architects of New York. 10K is the second phase/addition to One Hill South which was completed in 2017. The design compliments the existing One Hill South design, and provides a monumental frontage on South Capitol Street. The building is C shaped, with a courtyard in the middle mirrors One Hill South’s courtyard and provides generous light to the interior units of both buildings. The project contains luxury apartments ranging in size from Studios to 3 bedrooms, and includes extensive resident amenity spaces, highlighted by an indoor lap pool and hot tub, a bowling alley, a large resident-only coworking space, a rooftop outdoor pool and hot tub, and a dog run.
