2220 11TH STREET NW

2220 11th Street, now known as “NoSHA”, is a project with a mix of studios, 1 bedroom, and 2-bedroom apartments ideal for city living. On the street elevation, bays with floor to ceiling glass bring abundant natural light into units and add a vertical element to the façade’s composition. The careful placement of operable windows enables large, uninterrupted, expanses of glass on the contemporary bay fronts. Building amenities include a fitness room, penthouse social room, and two rooftop terraces with sweeping city views. ECA designed the interiors as well as the base building architecture.
