Brick and corrugated metal reference the historic character of the original industrial buildings on the site and create a pleasant scale and massing at the street level. A high degree of energy efficiency will be achieved.This all-electric building will provide heat pump hot water, enhanced insulation, high performing windows, energy star appliances and high-efficiency fixtures, while sun shades provide passive solar benefits.
