The Mo

The Mo anchors the north end of the vibrant Union Market District. The historic two-story Maurice Electric façade was retained, complimented by a more modern abstraction of this brick facade extended to the west of the central bay, where the main entrance is located. Setbacks and generous balconies create façade depth and take advantage of the excellent views to the south. The two-story entry with a mezzanine highlights the 2nd floor amenity spaces, while roof and pool decks along with extensive lounge and game room spaces also designed by ECA activate the Penthouse level above.
