ECA’s first modular building is located in Petworth, just across from the Georgia Ave./Petworth Metro stop. This unique project’s form is driven by the triangular site and the rectangular modules that make up the building’s apartments. This form is highlighted by the material change at the projecting bays. The project will highlight a major corner of the Georgia Ave. and New Hampshire Ave. intersection.
