SHERIDAN GARAGE

This relatively small project involved adding on top of a historic industrial building and connecting it to newly built wings on the west and south sides of the lot. We specified new insulating glass windows that simulate the appearance of the original single-pane industrial sashes, and brickwork that complements the historic masonry. The project takes advantage of the site’s significant slope southward, allowing us to add one level of underground parking under the pre-existing forecourt, and affording expansive views from the upper-level apartments.
